In reply to: [Our Team Showcase] Parse error after this morning’s updateThat seems to have fixed it. Thank you!
Thank you for the quick response. I downloaded the update and installed it but I’m now receiving a Parse Error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/breath39/public_html/crossfitfury.com/wp-content/plugins/our-team-enhanced/includes/functions.php on line 231
@danieliser I had a similar issue with interference with WP Simple Paypal and it is resolved with v1.4.4. Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalPazziel, this makes sense to me! I’ve tried this on 2 other sites I work on and not had the problem, but this site is the only one that includes tax in the price rather than adding it afterwards. I hadn’t considered troubleshooting the tax options.
Hopeful for a positive response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalI checked the paypal log the orders have been returning to and it is just returning “Registration x1” instead of specifying the specific event’s variable attributes.
Are you saying the product variable attributes ARE supposed to be passed to the reports?
I checked the code on our site with the code you referred me to and it appears the same. I haven’t gone into any of the PHP files and changed anything, so there’s no reason it wouldn’t unless we’d been hacked.
At this point I understand this problem is unique to us, you are not able to discern what’s causing the problem and there is no perceived solution at this time.
I’ll plan to reinstall once our event sale has ended.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalI have tried defining multiple new products, using existing attributes or making new ones, with no luck. The variable product attributes are also not being sent to the reports. Should they be?
For instance, the report will tell how many women’s shirts sold but not include sizes or colors to define it further.
We are actively selling a product right now or else I’d uninstall and reinstall WooCommerce to see if that fixes it. I will have to wait on that.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalIncidentally, we have another website with WooCommerce on it not actively used. I setup a product test this morning for colored t-shirts and the colors transferred fine to paypal. I’ll compare the 2 sites and see what’s different. I appreciate that you’ve taken the time to look into this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalOk, I will try that. Is it typical that we wouldn’t have the variables display within WooCommerce reporting as well? We found a plugin that helps with that but I didn’t know if that was normal.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalYes and yes.
Do you think there’s something in my settings? I must be doing something different than the average user.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalOne other piece of info. All of the products are listed as “virtual” because one is an event registration and the other is a pre-order shirt to be picked up at the event. I did attempt to add a variable product as normal (non-virtual) with shipping set to local pickup but the results were the same.
So, is this problem unique to me?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalNo, it reacts the same. Just says “Event Registration” but does not tell which registration was chosen.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalSo, I have 2 different scenarios. One is where the variations are listed out (http://estherbeler.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/WC-EventVariation.jpg), the other is where they are not- ie any size, any color (http://estherbeler.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/WC-TVariations.jpg)

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variable details not displaying in PaypalNope, it says the same thing and does not provide any detail. Details are also not passing through with regards to the receipt or the reporting so the customer doesn’t even have a receipt for exactly what they ordered.
Matt, I’m so grateful you are looking into this. It’s reassuring.
I’ve emailed you the details, but for the sake of anyone who might be following along, we have 3 websites, 2 using DIVI (child) and one using twenty-thirteen (child). Only the site using twenty-thirteen had a wp-content languages directory and I’ve sent the 2 files in question as requested.
Between the 3 sites we use the following plugins:
WooCommerce
Meteor Slides
Meta Slides
Wordfence
