It seems I have misunderstood some settings. So, if someone clicks to close the pop-up it will not display again within a certain time. I did not realise this. Then I don’t think there is any problem. It’s because I closed the pop-up.Thank you and regards.

I have the same problem on my website. I want to separate the products from blog articles and so I make use of a custom permalink structure that includes “/blog/” in the link, but this causes all brand pages to also include “/blog/” which I don’t want. Well, basically as the OP explained.
I wanted to check, have you implemented a fix for this yet or should I follow the functions.php fix that was proposed?
PS. Oh, I see it is in the changelog of the last version. But how do I use it?

Thank you so much for the feedback. I really don’t know how that happened but I totally missed that “Brand” option. Did look for it carefully and didn’t see it. I implemented that mapping now and all is fine. It works. Thank you.

No, I am turning on only one single setting and I am allowing 10 seconds before I navigate away. When I come back, the setting is off again.As mentioned, this happens only on the attributes settings tab. When I do this on the plugin settings tab, it works as expected.

No, the attribute does not remain turned on after setting it. I would click on it and it turns on (green). When I refresh or go somewhere else and come back to the attribute page, that attribute is turned off again.
I have the same problem. The messenger bubble doesn’t show up in Safari – only in Chrome. Come on Facebook… you should be able to do cross-browser compatibility testing by now. How could you expect people to enthusiastically start using the Facebook Messenger chat if you develop it so half-heartedly?

And if you must do it on a live site, make backups first.
