The problem was the Plugin Brevo, after deactivate the plugin I was able to activate all the notifications.
After that I activate the Brevo plugin and the notifications are still active.

When I try to save te settings of the email I notice the log of fatal error not writing any issue, but I notice there are another log is update every time, is a plugin-woocommerce log. Pls check this if can help https://pastebin.com/DRTHhvjC. This file is huge about 18k of line I just attacched the last.

I notice that the issue is started since some weeks, in details I don’t know exactly began thew issue. I think after update WP and Woocommerce because I didn’t install any new plugin.

I have tried to troubleshoot the issue deactivating al plugins, but even with just woocommerce activate the issue occurs.

Yesterday I find another URL that contain a name of plugins and I deleted it, but today same problem./wp-content/plugins/nextend-facebook-connect/includes/csqygqcf.php
Should I remove even the record from ddb as suggested by frankytee?

What do you mean with the last phrase? In wp is not possible to restrict access of the file with any plugin?
