I don’t know anymore. I had it all working for years now so can’t remember how. Also the thank you page still worked this morning. The only thing that changed is that SMTP emails are working again (I just reset the email password) and change the products to downloadable. I tested with reverting back to just virtual but still goes to Woocomerce order page instead of my custom Thank you page.

I’ve changed it to downloadable and it marks as completed, like you said. I will update all virtual with downloadable as well.
The only new thing that is now happening since all the testing is that once the order is completed, it doesn’t not redirect to my custom thank you page, but instead to the classic woocommerce Order page – which has a note at the bottom: There has been a critical error on this website.
Emails are coming through now. Orders still stay as processing.

I’m not sure which Stripe version it was, but I keep the plugins up to date so must have been the one just before the last update.

I’ve disabled TutorLMS and did a test (virtual) purchase, it redirected fine to the Thank you page however still no email notification. Orders stayed as processing, not completed.Thanks

The product is added via Enrol button and then the normal checkout with woo commerce. Courses from TutorLMS have equivalent product created in woo-commerce.

The orders are all for virtual products. It is linked with TutorLMS plugin and the courses are linked with woo commerce products.

I’ve checked the settings and have the trigger as click open, no cookies set. I’ve added #popmake-2639 in the menu link. Still unfortunately doesn’t open on click.
