I am getting the same notice – an update would be good as this will not work on the site now.

I seem to have solved the issue. It seems the attachment name got changed, but not updated internally. So seems to be working following the update.

It appears it was an issue with my computer and not the plugin. Have tested on another computer and it’s showing up fine.
