It seems that you’re using an advanced editor because that plugin is adding HTML code in the plugins java script automatically. Something like this as below.
<p><script type="text/javascript"></p> <p>var infoWindows = [];</p>you can try it by disabling your advanced editor.

Did you setup zoomlevel using WP GOOGLE MAP > SETTINGS ?
Any error message you see in javascript console? Do you get a white blank screen or grey screen?
