this seems like a quality support so far. Thanks. 🙂 Now I see it like this. I need a popup function quite urgently right now. So now I am turning off my preloader and I hope my popup will work. I will keep this setting for about a couple of weeks.
Afterwards, I will return (turn on) my preloader again and I will give you credetials to my website in order to closely investigate the issue.
Where can I open a help ticket as you mentioned?

I also got in touch with support of my theme. They wrote:
“Preloader will show the whole site after loading everything and on the other hand the popup working like a preloader so both will not work together due to conflict.”So do you think it is right and definite? I think you should better know if it is possible or not – you dealt with the popup plugin and probably you shlould already run into this issue. Thanks.
I did not check JavaScript error yet.

Probably the same for me. I do not use Appsero but still the site crashes about Appsero file which does not exists.

yes, I think I am using server-side cache system. At least I hope so. 😀
When I have deactivated WP FC, the issue was gone. When I have activated WP FC, the issue was back again immediately. No other changes have been made. There is a big probability it is related with WP FC, isn’t it?

Support does not work at all? Now I tried to exclude the specific page from caching, maybe the plugin will work a little more reliably.

Yes, thanks, I have already realise that I have created a new thread.
It was a conflict with the Avas Theme and pop-up messeges in Wordfence. Avas support has fixed it in 6.0.8 version.
Similar problem here. The thread is assigned resolved but still I am not sure how to fix it.
