In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Photon messing up watermarksThe watermarks aren’t visible anymore because I replaced all the pictures with the original, non-watermarked ones. With Photon being activated, the watermarking worked perfectly fine. But after deactivating it (due to issues with the display of my images in IE10)), the watermarks suddenly had stretched over the whole image and I wasn’t able to make any changes. Inside the media library and in preview mode it all looked fine, but on the front end it was still a mess.
But I think there might be a problem with the watermark plugin I was using (Easy Watermark). Thanks for you help!Forum: Fixing WordPress

Now the watermarks of the images are messed up and stretching over the whole picture, but that’s another question then.Thank you very much for your patience and help!

They’re standard embeds. I just integrated them directly from my media library. I’m just using a plugin (EWWW Image Optimizer) to reduce image size. Other than that, I just integrated them the standard way. I have the Jetpack tiled galleries/carousel plugin installed though. But deactivating either of the two mentioned plugins doesn’t solve the problem.Forum: Fixing WordPress

The W3 Total cache was interfering with the Jetpack plugin. Apparently you’re not supposed to combine JavaScripts. Once deactivated, it all works perfectly fine!

Apparently, the W3 Total Cache Plugin was interfering with the tiled gallery/carousel function of the plugin. By deactivating the cache plugin I was able to solve the problems. Everything works fine now. Just gonna have to look for an alternative cache plugin now.
