Alright. Based on the type of error i narrowed it down to the special character used in the filename “ø”. Being the reason why the plugin wouldn’t be able to read the file.

So if i understood it correctly it’s more or less on the actual host then, GoDaddy in our case, and not the plugin itself. If so I appreciate the clarification and at least we are a bit more informed about it now.
