Your feedback helps others discover Jetpack and lets us keep improving.
Thanks so much for your support!Hi @sirrah,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Since the Jetpack icon has disappeared, there are a couple of settings we can check.
First, please confirm that the Jetpack Blocks setting is enabled by going to Jetpack → Settings → Writing, then scrolling to the Composing section and toggling on “Jetpack Blocks give you...”.
If that setting is already enabled, please check your editor preferences:- Open any post in the editor.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Under Panels, make sure Jetpack is checked.
- In the Jetpack sidebar, click the star icon at the top to pin it so the Jetpack (or Jetpack Social) icon appears in the toolbar.
Let us know how that goes!

Hi @andrewlmacaulay,
I’ve gone ahead and disconnected your site from Jetpack, which will remove it from your dashboard. If you ever need to disconnect a site from Jetpack in the future, whether it’s shut down or inaccessible, the following guide covers all the ways to disconnect: How to disconnect Jetpack from your site.

Our current map visualization is constructed using Google’s GeoChart tool, which currently provides the Mercator projection for global maps. The ability to offer more projections, such as Equal Earth, would depend on enhancements to the GeoChart platform.
You can learn more about GeoChart’s capabilities here: Google GeoChart Documentation.Hi @hbk747,
Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details about your setup. I checked your site’s Jetpack connection, and I can confirm that we’re seeing a 520 error, which does come from Cloudflare (as you suspected). This can sometimes happen when Cloudflare is blocking Jetpack’s requests.
To help resolve this, I recommend reviewing our guide here: Configure Jetpack and Cloudflare. That page also includes the list of Jetpack IPs, which you may need to allowlist in Cloudflare or in any security layers you’re using.
Since the error originates with Cloudflare, you may also want to check in with their support team directly. They have a helpful article on troubleshooting 520 errors here: Troubleshooting Cloudflare 520 errors.Once the Jetpack connection itself is fully restored, you should be able to connect your social accounts. As a quick self-check, you can test your site’s XML-RPC endpoint at:
https://example.com/xmlrpc.php
If it’s working properly, you’ll see this single line:XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Cancel subscriptionHi there,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties with your domain and email. I understand how frustrating this must be.
So we can look into your subscription and help get this resolved, could you please reach out to us directly through our contact form and mention this thread?
It will also be very helpful if you can include the transaction ID from your billing statement when contacting us. This guide shows where to find it on your credit card or PayPal statement: Locate your transaction ID.
Once we have that information, we’ll be able to locate your subscription and assist with any changes needed.Hi @threadina,
Currently, the ability to preview and edit the subscriber pop-up text in Jetpack is limited to sites using Block Themes. With a Block Theme active, you’ll see a “Preview and edit the pop-up” link below the pop-up’s toggle in Jetpack → Settings → Newsletter. If you’re using a Classic Theme or another that’s not a Block Theme, this customization option, unfortunately, isn’t available at the moment.
If you’re interested in switching to a Block Theme, you can browse available options here: Browse Block Themes.
Additionally, if you’re interested in Jetpack offering editable pop-up text for all themes, you’re welcome to create a feature request.Hi @nothin7,
Thank you for your detailed explanation and for bringing this to our attention! Our developers have identified the issue and implemented a fix, which will be included in the upcoming Jetpack release, scheduled for early next month.
If you haven’t already, you can subscribe to the Jetpack newsletter to stay updated on new releases, bug fixes, and features. Just head to the bottom of this page to sign up: https://jetpack.com/resources/At the moment, there’s no built-in setting in Jetpack or WordPress to bulk-insert the Paywall Block at a specific point in multiple posts. However, if you’re comfortable with a bit of code (or have a developer who can help), it is possible to write a custom script or small plugin that programmatically inserts the Paywall Block into posts published over 2 years ago.
Also, if you’re using a Block Theme and aren’t already making use of them, templates and block patterns can help streamline things going forward:- You can create a custom block pattern that includes an excerpt area followed by the Paywall Block, and use that as a starting point for new posts.
- You could also create a template in the block-based theme that includes a placeholder for the Paywall Block.
Hi, @animalien!
Great question! If you’re using the Paywall Block, you can definitely create an excerpt by placing the block further down in your post (say, after the first paragraph or two). Everything above the block will remain visible to all readers, and only the content below it will be restricted to subscribers. That way, visitors get a preview of the article before hitting the “Subscribe to Continue Reading” prompt, just like on sites like Bloomberg.
Let me know if you have any questions on this!Hi @fxaa!
Thanks so much for the 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear the CSS speed-up feature is working well for you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Corrupted form responsesThanks for sharing that sample!
From what you’ve described, it looks like the form submission isn’t being processed correctly. Instead of the actual form data, you’re receiving the content of the form page itself, including the shortcode.
To help us narrow some things down a bit, can you please try:- Updating all plugins: Especially Jetpack, which should be at version 14.7 as of today. Updates often resolve bugs that can affect form behavior.
- Use the Jetpack Form block: If you’re using the Jetpack Form Shortcode, try using the Jetpack Form block instead.
Let us know how that goes!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Corrupted form responsesHi, @allancav! Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the issue with Jetpack forms.
You mentioned there’s an image, but I don’t see one. Could you please try uploading it again? Seeing a visual can really help us understand what you’re experiencing! Additionally, if you have an example of what you expected to receive versus what you actually received, that would be incredibly helpful.
It will also help to know if this happens consistently with a specific form, or has it occurred on multiple different forms?
