Hi Jeff,
Thanks for looking into this.

Hi Jeff,
Once switched to Bricks child theme > Go to Bricks > Templates > Add New Template > Select Template Type (for example, ‘Header’) > Publish Template > Click on the ‘Edit with Bricks’ button. The result is Invalid post type.
Pages can be created with Bricks, but templates (Which cover header, footer, archives, post templates etc. and all Woocommerce aspects) cannot.
Hi Kim,
Thank you for your response. I tried ‘Fixed positioning’ and the form then isn’t visible at all. Incidentally, selecting ‘Position from Trigger’ does work; the form appears at the trigger point normally, but this is not suitable for my needs. I have therefore sent an email to you as requested.
There are no plugin conflicts, only a conflict with any page that already has a bootstrap modal on it. The Bootstrap modal triggers by having a button have the following 2 attributes added via Elementor:
data-bs-toggle|modal
data-bs-target|#enquiryCard-modalYou can see these are then added in the CSS code for the button. The modal has an ID of enquiryCard-modal so is then triggered. This is as defined in the Bootstrap modal documents https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/components/modal/

In reply to: [Redirection] Weird page showing for redirect URLHi John, thank you for the quick reply. That’s not the same result, as it isn’t displaying as a 404 page whilst displaying a completely different page. However, I can see that this is happening on other pages such as https://proev.co.uk/ev-energy-tariffs/octopus-ev-tariffs/ee . It only seems to happen on pages with 2 additional URL elements after the main domain URL. So it happens for https://proev.co.uk/ev-energy-tariffs/octopus-ev-tariffs/ee but not for https://proev.co.uk/ev-energy-tariffs/ee . Any ideas on this?
I wanted to say that I have consistently received excellent support from these guys, often providing custom code to solve my problems and in less than 24 hours.

In reply to: [MapGeo - Interactive Geo Maps] Permanent tooltipsHi there,
That sounds perfect, and presumably as they are HTML labels, I can use CSS to style them at different resolutions. Is that correct?
Thanks. I went with an alternative solution.Hi Claudio,
Yes, I understood that it was like that deliberately. I have emailed you and will pass on this message to my client

David
Of course, thank you. I tried that and it worked.
Thanks Claudio.
Hi Florian,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have sent the debug data to the requested email.

Hi Roland,
That’s perfect, thank you.

Thank you Alexander. I consider this issue now closed. Your product is great, your customer service is appalling (And I hear that you are addressing the latter).
