Hi There! I think I’ve solved it. You were right first time. I just had to upload the backup files manually. I’m not an IT person. I’m an English teacher. This is not my world! I think the problem is resolved. Thankyou so much for your help. You have been very kind with your help and advice. I hope yoou’re having a great Christmas!

Hi Nick! The reason I am using rescan remote storage is because UpdraftPlus has not saved my backup files. It says that there are no existing backup files, so I think this is my only option (rescan remote storage). If you have any further ideas I would be extremely grateful. Thanks
