I’m not using child theme. and did not directly edit any theme files.
History of the website in terms of installations:
1.installed wordpress
2.installed theme
3.installed plugins
then updated the theme today to 1.9.3 and that specific plugin isn’t working anymore.
I’ve found a way to do it =) , so never mind
