    Dear Ben,

Thank you for your response. I had previously contacted my host provider Godaddy.com as I have a managed WordPress account with them to put in a trouble ticket with their WordPress premium service team, but I wasn’t hearing anything back from them as soon as I would like to and that’s when I posted the query to the ww.wp.xz.cn forum. I have since heard back from Godaddy.com informing me that they have identified the problem and are working on a patch.

Ben, for someone such as myself that is just a front end user I become a fish out of water when something goes wrong behind the scenes in the computer software code. I have a Dell computer, any time I have a problem with my computer I call Dell using my paid extended premium technical support service plan and I’m directly connected to a bonafide Dell technical support technician who gets to grips with the problem right away. Is there a direct WordPress – WordPress meaning the actual company that developed and built the web page building product – technical support service public offering? Somewhere you can call and speak live to a person that works for WordPress. There’s lots of after-market or second or third party – don’t know if that’s the right way to phrase that – on the web that offer their services for a flat fee who claim they are WordPress savvy and can solve your WordPress issues.

Sorry to vent, but this has been frustrating as hell as I was not making contact with anyone to get answers to my problem. Thank you again.

    Yours sincerely,

    Fred Webberking.
