Ups – sorry I forgot about quoting my license file:

    Template Licensing Agreement:
    ———————————————

This template is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. Further details are available at:

    http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

In brief, this means that you are free to use and modify the template for any purpose (commercial or non-commercial), but you may not alter or remove the footer link(s) included.

Thanks for the tip about the Codex – would it be ok if I added a link to my own template website on that page?

Sorry about the license confusion – to be honest I don’t know much about licences so I will just try to explaine normal language instead :-). People can use and change the templates anyway they want. I just ask that the link in the footer pointing to freeCMStemplates.com is not removed – that’s all. The “All righte reserved” is refering to the template website http://www.FreeCMSTemplates.com itself and not the free wordpress themes. I guess i should add somekind of licence text making this clear.

    – what is the problem with head.php ??
