Looks like it’s fixed now, at least on my site.
The problem is on the Woocommerce side, not Paypal….for now, I’m forced to move the orders to the “processing” status manually 🙁
We’re having the same problem since 24 / 48 hours.
Apparently, Paypal added a pop-up window after payment is completed, asking about a new integrated payment option. This new window is breaking the “confirm” communication back to woocommerce.
The customer gets a “order received” page, but the order remains in “Pending Payment” status in the dashboard and goes into “Canceled” when timeout has expired.
