As soon as I run the update, the post ID field (referenced in screenshot), no longer shows any available posts to choose as part of the carousel.

I trust the above is making sense,

After a bit of digging, I managed to resolve the “RuntimeException: Error saving action” by installing Action Scheduler 3.0.
