So simple. The CSV file had a dollar symbol ($) in front of the price and that stopped the prices from being imported into the B2Bking fields.
All sorted now 🙂
You were right! It did need to have some product data entered, and saved to display the B2B values via WPI. However, I’ve tried an import and it doesn’t seem to work. I’ll have to reach out to WPI support to see what could be going wrong.

Yes, I’m only using the Core plugin. It was very odd that the custom fields meta for B2B wasn’t displaying for WP ALL Import. However, I have just been playing around with the User Roles etc from your documentation https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-use-wp-roles-with-b2bking/ and as soon as I added the following code snippet to my Functions file ‘add_filter(‘b2bking_use_wp_roles’,’__return_true’);’. I can now see all the meta options within WP ALL Import for B2B, including the new price values, eg. b2bking_regular_product_price_group_9349.
I haven’t done an import just as yet, but I think it should all work as intended.

I have contacted your support via tickets which date back from the 3rd of December and haven’t had any resolution to this issue yet??
The online chat support had said that they will follow up on the issue and get back to me too, however, still no reply.

@toad78, It depends on the way the account is pushed to 365, whether it’s a cloud of active directory. In our case, as it is synced with active directory it can be done by updating the User accounts “Display Name”.
In the case of a cloud-based 365 account, it should be “Display Name” under “Contact Information” on the user account.

Hi, I seem to be having a similar issue.
I have the email as [email protected] and then the From Name set to the “Companies Name”. when sending a test and/or form (Gravity Forms) the emails coming in as Hello <[email protected]>
I have checked the Force From Name Replacement, but this still shows the From Name as Hello?
I have checked the documentation, but I don’t see anything around the above.

Same issue here. A client of mine has been using and noticed that the uploads had stopped a few months ago? I just spoke to him today and then jumped on there to see if others are having similar issues…

Thanks for the reply and sorry I must have missed the email notification come through and lucky abaldwin5456 replied too as I would have completely missed it.
I thought there might have been some custom coding required and yes I feel pretty comfortable in the code as I have already setup the custom templates etc. so would love to know how I could achieve this option?
