Everything seems to be working again! Not sure what happened over the weekend, but I guess just an FYI that something made the plugin break.
Is there a ticket I could follow for this? I created a thread for this issue over a year ago and it hasn’t been fixed, and I haven’t been informed if this is actively being worked on or not. I’m not even sure if the problem is just with me and my setup or if it’s a universal issue? Just wanting to be able to set my expectations, if this issue isn’t going to be worked on then I can at least move on to something else. I found this in a different topic discussion, not sure if there’s a similar active ticket for this issue that I could follow? It’s just frustrating because it’s been over a year and I still don’t know if this is being worked on. 🙁

Hey Nigel! Tried it, still didn’t work. 🙁 Checked it out on both Safari and Chrome, still freezing at the first frame!

Hi Nigel! Unfortunately that didn’t work. I actually tried doing that last night as well, which led me to turn to the forum, haha. For what it’s worth it seems to work fine on Android devices and both Mac and PC desktops, it seems to only happen with iPhones and iPads? Not sure what’s going on here.
Hi! It’s already set on “inherit.” Additionally when I tried selecting some of the other options, it only changed the aspect ratio of the thumbnails, but they were still showing up in different sizes. It’s the inconsistent size of the the thumbnails that’s presenting a problem 🙁

There should also be separators on my homepage, but those are also absent on mobile. Everything looks fine when I’m logged in, don’t know what’s going on
