Thank you! So the head HTML code lives in WordPress nowadays then I guess.
A bit confused as how to think about modern theme development. My typical (traditional theme) routine was to make a child-theme and then add/alter the CSS in the child theme. Is child theming still a thing? Seems to me that you either change a themes design through the WP gui editor, or you make a new theme from scratch? Is there a middle/other way?
Any reading recommendations for a theme developer used to child theming and trying to adapt to modern block theming?
