In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] WP Rocket and MECI contacted WP Rocket support and told them you said it works and they say it does not due to their caching process. Let me try a few things and I will post my site. Is there any way I can post it directly to you so I don’t have to post it on a public post? I switched from using the countdown shortcode as it would show negative numbers shortly after clearing the cache and now use agenda on my homepage plus monthly and weekly on other separate pages. What happens is it loads but once an event passes it never updates until the cache is cleared. I am fairly positive it was working just fine when I first added WP Rocket, but have been trying to figure this out since October. I will check for errors.

In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] WP Rocket and MECThen why is the countdown getting stuck when I tried it last night? I clear the cache and it starts working and then eventually it stops. I clear the cache and do nothing else it starts again. I disable WP Rocket and it stays working.

In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] Countdown Not Working For Non Logged In UsersYou are aware of the issue per the below post on theme.co forum and I already tried the solution, but clearing the cache does not work and I cleared every cache listed both in WP Rocket and in CL.

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] Plugin Breaks MEC CSS on CalendarYou could just try it as the sitemap plugin is free and all you have to do is enabled it and then look at the calendar when you select a start or end date event, but here you go

In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] Countdown Not Working For Non Logged In UsersAfter much testing, not sure why it did start working when I disabled all plugins except MEC, but after disabling and re-enabling all but MEC it turned out to be WP Rocket. So I left MEC enabled and then enabled each plugin until when I turned on WP Rocket the countdown shortcode stopped working and showed all 0’s on the homepage, but when clicking on an event the countdown workes so it is just the one view that breaks and I clicked on every purge/clear cache option in WP Rocket including Cloudflare and still never got it to work. This only happened after upgrading MEC. I have now deleted WP Rocket and will install it again to see if that solves it. It will be a huge pain if I have to remove WP Rocket and set it up again each time I upgrade MEC.

In reply to: Favicon is changed in version 5.4Just figured it out! Well at least a fix, activate a default theme, I chose 2020 and then go to
Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Icon
once I set it there when I enabled my theme it stuck and is working!
seems to be a themes issue since the default 2020 is working just fine and it is my non WP themes that are not working

In reply to: Favicon is changed in version 5.4Have the same issue as well on 5.4.2, I have tried setting through
Appearance > Customize
Appearance > Theme Optionsand I see it show up for a second then revert back, the only way I was able to fix it was using this plugin which stinks as I now need a plugin to just have the right favicon
