Yes I found simple.php in /themes/uncode/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/simple.php. I don’t understand the pics, you show me the page of a simple product, but the issue is that in the order page I can’t see the upload files. Also once that order is paid, inside the admin order page, the uploaded files aren’t shown.
So,
In variant products all works, simple product, cart, checkout, admin order page.
In simple products only the simple product page works.
