I’m using WP Version 5.2.3 with WooCommerce Version 3.7.0
I don’t believe anything else is installed that would have been using Mautic integration. The host is running NGINX Cache Manager for WordPress.

Yes I did receive an email from the site around 1:30 am. That’s what prompted me to get up and go check it out. My host provides 24 hour tech support, so I was fortunate in that respect.The error message I received contained the following:

I did a quick search on the internet and found several posts where people had the same error and had to deactivate plugins to locate the one plugin causing the error. So, I did the same thing and deactivated just the Lucky Wheel plugin. No more error. So this plugin needs to be updated. Otherwise it will throw that error.

I also saw an error message in the product page: Notice: woocommerce_product_write_panels is deprecated since version 2.6! Use Use woocommerce_product_data_panels action instead in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 4711

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] HTTP AccessI’m reporting back on the progress. The support team found the root cause of the problem I was experiencing. Here is what they reported back:
“Hi, the reason you have the issues is because your website and WordPress are not on the same folder. we changed the AST plugin code to use your home page and it’s working, we will release this fix in the next versions so you are good to go now!”
I have my WP installed in it’s own dir folder, not the root dir. That was killing the AST plugin’s ability to update my WC storefront. Hopefully this helps other people troubleshoot this same issue. Thanks to the AST support team!

I’ve tried their recommendations but still show “Please do connection” for the shipment tracking status. I will work with the support team to try and resolve this problem. Thanks.
Yes please give us the option. It’s colliding with my website’s chat box in the bottom right corner.
