AmauriC sent me some Javascript code to put into the “On the app” section of your CSS and Javascript options in the plugin.
There’s quite a few things that cause a page refresh, I’m not a javascript coder but this is the code that I have in mine.

We run vehicle trips in our group and this feature would be very handy to show what some of the trips are like without ever having to leave the app. I can imagine an upload function straight from the app, which would work well for us.

Review now changed to five stars due to excellent service and support from AmauriC. Have not yet resubmitted the app to the App Store as there are still some issues with it, these are due to requirements imposed by Apple, not to do with the app itself.

I haven’t received this email either @amauric, however it looks like the app is refreshing the page when the user taps on a Read More or image link – the normal wordpress behaviour is not to refresh the page in these cases?

UPDATE: the links it shows instead appear to be links to the items in the left menu.
