So far I think it’s good. Will follow-up if the client reports another issue.
Thanks!
Will do. Thanks!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Mobile Cache Issue ResearchI will have to determine the best way to do what you asked. I can’t just turn everything off, as it’s a production site.
I will follow-up when I have a solution.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Mobile Cache Issue ResearchIt happened again. It may be related to when automated WordPress updates are made. I will try and confirm that.
Outside of that, these are the messages I see, if it helps at all. It doesn’t look like it has anything to do with this issue, but will pass along.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Mobile Cache Issue ResearchI installed the plugin and I reloaded the events page. It’s now loading as normal. So I will monitor it and let you know what, if anything, I see in the debug log.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Mobile Cache Issue ResearchIt’s actually doing it right now. I will not clear the cache so you can see it. I see it on my Samsung phone.
I will turn on debugging now, as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Delayed Post to Klaviyo APIThanks for the follow-up. After sending more data to Klaviyo, it was determined the issue was on their side and it has been addressed. There was an apparent issue with the webhooks again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Custom Woo Report for Sales by StateI am fine with doing my own SQL. I have just never queried Woo order data before. Any primers for it? Or do I just need to dig in and figure it out myself?
Thanks!
Disregard. I installed the Jetpack plugin, it migrated the site and now I can connect.
Thanks!
The client finally created the account, but we still get the same error when trying to connect.
Which Jetpack plugin exactly should we install to try to connect using it? When we search we see a bunch of different ones.
Thanks!
I will have the client do this and follow-up. Thanks.
That’s what we are trying to do. We have (re)installed the plugin and we click the blue “Connect” button in Woocommerce so that we can create our account. This is when we get the error.
Are you saying we first have to create the account before we can connect? If so, do we need an account on Woo.com? Or WordPress.com?
Please advise.
