In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Very good supportFantastic support from Joel. He was very quick to identify the problem and rectify it. This would have been a major embarrassment if he had not been able to resolve it.
Thanks once again mate.
Hi Mark,
Thanks for your suggestions and my hosting provider has modified the WAF rules blocking the Admin AJAX calls and now everything’s fine and I could be able to optimize the images on my store now.
Thanks again for your help. You may close the ticket.
Hi Marko,
Below is my answer to the focus points which you mentioned:–
- Did you convert images to WebP/AVIF? If so, what is the gain of that format? — I do not see an option to convert the images to webp/avif format on your tool. How do I convert to these advanced image formats with your tool?
- Do you optimize images using Smart compression level? Please try with it if you use Lossless — I mostly use Smart compression
- TinyPNG reduced image weight for less than 30kB, so it’s not significant gain — There are other images also where TinyPNG has reduced significantly whereas your tool just shows Well Done… message. Screenshots attached below.
- Does the same happen for a lot of images in your Media Library? If so, is there a chance to send me a link to some of these so we could check? — It’s happening for all the images on my media library. Sample product links: https://teensgoglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/img-20250313-wa0006.jpg, https://teensgoglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/img-20250313-wa0005.jpg, https://teensgoglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/img-20250313-wa0002.jpg, https://teensgoglobal.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/img-20250313-wa0023.jpg

Coming to your question about “You also reported that optimization process within Media Library does not get completed, but the button is back to
Optimize, is that correct?” — Yes this is correct and this is what is happening for all media files. And when I install the Imagify tools plugin from the documentation link you shared, I could see it’s blocked by the firewall, as shown below.
$_POSTrequests tohttps://teensgoglobal.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.phpblocked Yes Blocked by.htaccessfile, a firewall, or the host (http code is403 Forbidden). But the IP address (46.30.212.107) and URL (https://app.imagify.io/) provided in that documentation, is the IP address correct? Because I tried whitelisting that IP address and the URL but it still gave the same error message and also when I do nslookup for app.imagify.io, I could see this DNS is linked to diff IP address.
nslookup app.imagify.io
Server: 127.0.0.53 Address: 127.0.0.53#53 Non-authoritative answer: Name: app.imagify.io Address: 104.26.6.10

And also let me know why your tool is not optimizing the images properly even though other tools are able to optimize the same images to a good extent. Is your tool credible enough to save on my images and to speed up my website? Also let me know if webp version is supported by your tool or not.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Clicking on Add-to-Cart button should move to View Cart PageHi Moses, Even though the Redirect to the cart page after successful addition. option is enabled, it does not move me to the cart page directly after clicking the Add to Cart button, instead I have to click on View Cart button to redirect to Cart Page (screenshots attached below)

In the above screenshot when I click on Add To Cart button, it pops up the View Cart sidebar notification as shown in below screenshot.

And then when I click on View Cart button, then only I can reach to the Cart page as shown below.

But what I want is, when the customers click on Add to Cart button in the 1st screenshot, they SHOULD directly move to the Cart Page and SHOULD NOT have to click on the View Cart button to reach the Cart Page.
Please check and let me know what’s wrong here.
Hi Zubair,
I have disabled the cache completely through the wp-config.php and now I do not see that cache related message when I open https://teensgoglobal.com/mystaging01/xmlrpc.php page.
But I am still UNABLE to connect my website to WordPress.com
Hi Zubair, My staging site link–https://teensgoglobal.com/mystaging01
Also please find the screenshot of the page you asked to check. 1st screenshot is when I click on Test button and 2nd one is when I click on Connect to WordPress.com button.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

And even after changing the theme from Stylon to Storefront on my staging site, I’m still getting “Unable to connect your WordPress.com account. Please try again later.” error when I try to connect my website to WordPress.com.
The SSR of my staging site is in the below gist drop:–
https://gist.github.com/goglobal2025/2792ff1fa046a707f3b5f6a918a701dd
So it could not be the issue with just the Stylon theme. The issue could be something else.
And even I’ve cleared all browser cache before I tried connecting my staging website to wordpress.com but I got the same error.
Please look into this matter with PRIORITY.
Hi @jonayedhosen, I have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and Google for WooCommerce and my theme Radiantthemes Core and after clearing all browser cache, I am still unable to connect my website to WordPress.com and getting “Unable to connect your WordPress.com account. Please try again later.” error message when I click on “Connect” on below screenshot.

The latest system status report is included in the below GitHub gist drop:–
https://gist.github.com/goglobal2025/1cffc721590a43b6af27391593a477e9
Please check once and let me know what could be the issue here?
Hi @mahfuzurwp, please find the system status report in the below GitHub gist:–

Hi @mosesmedh @mahfuzurwp, As was suggested I had posted the query in the above GitHub linked for the developers to check that and one of them had checked it and told that repo is not the correct platform for this query. “This repository is not intended for support requests. The best place to request help is through the ww.wp.xz.cn Google for WooCommerce support forum or if you have a WooCommerce.com account, you can also start a chat or open a ticket on WooCommerce.com support.“
https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/issues/2822
But he also suggested to check the 403 Forbidden error when sending external POST requests on xmlrpc.php. And I had it rectified by my host provider and I’m successfully able to send POST requests on xmlrpc.php now.
I had done with clearing the cache on my browser, my website as well as the server-side cache, But I’m still UNABLE to connect my website to WordPress.com, even with Jetpack plugin.
Please help to let me know what’s wrong here and what I need to fix it..please..please??
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Unable to load my websiteThere was a network issue as well as a memory issue on my server. Issue fixed now
Hi Moses, There’s no issue with XML-RPC. I can access “teensgoglobal.com/xmlrpc.php” and it returns a message “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”.
And as mentioned above, after all these and even clearing the site cache as well as server-side cache I am still unable to connect my site to WordPress.com.
Can you guys please take it on priority and help me to fix the problem?
Hi Mahfuzur,
Even after clearing the site’s caches as well as server-side cache and also after deactivating and deleting “Google for Woocommerce” plugin and then reinstalling and reactivating it again, I still am UNABLE to connect my site to WodPress.Com. Still getting “Unable to connect your WordPress.com account. Please try again later.” error.
Can you please help to check on it with highest priority and help to provide me the best solution for it?
Or we can get on to a call and then you can guide me how to fix this, then should be better. Please let me know if that’s fine for you.
Hi Mahfuzur,
Thanks for the suggestion. I had asked my hosting provider to allow the traffic on xmlrpc requests.
And still after allowing that, I still am unable to connect my site to WordPress.com and getting “Unable to connect your WordPress.com account. Please try again later.” error message.
Can you please check on priority what’s the issue here?
Hi Zubair,
Even I checked the file permission of xmlrpc.php file in my web host and it has the correct permission(it has 644 permission to it).
So can you please let me know what’s the issue here with my website?
