The problem is solved.
The settings from my hoster caused the 403 code and It works fine now.
It was a special security tool in plesk which blocked the wp-content folder.

Sorry for my late response.
The galerie is working but it should be a overlay over the whole Website.
But instead the Galerie opens in the Content area very small. On Mobile devices the galerie is not even on the screen anymore.
