    Hi everyone, Just resolved the issue after reaching out to Jayden theme developers. They figured out that their theme was loading the same gallery as Elementor which was conflicting and removed it. Their support is awesome and I reccomment JAYDEN at Themeforest to anyone!

    Thanks everyone for the quick replies… I managed to get this resolved by reaching out to the Jayden developers who were absolutely fantastic in helping it. After I got some of your ideas on how to fix, I mentioned it to them and they realized that a code on their theme was loading the same library as the Elelmentor and they removed it! It’s working fine now!

    Hi,

    Just a follow up on this issue.. I noticed that the images on the front page of the web site, which were added via the Jayden Developers custom area actually opens up. Here’s the link to that. https://graphitidesigns.com/mysite/

    If you click on the image (and not the lettering and arrow box, which links to a page) the Lightbox works. These were added as I mentioned through the theme’s developers custom style box. So I wonder whatever the code he added for this is conflicting with he regular Lightbox function of Elementor. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.. yes I kind of realized that while going through it.

    My theme is Xtra and it has the ability to add an element to the header area, and in the selection drop down it showed the WPML selector which I selected. There is no Polylang selector option anywhere.

    HOWEVER, I can add a custom shortcode to this area. Do you have such a code I can input and check. What I need is just the two (or One language) selector button horizontally displayed, instead of a drop down. i.e ENG / FRE I do not need the flags either.

    If you can let me know of such a shortcode I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi iro18,

    Thanks for your reply. All the images are there in the upload folder, I can see it via ftp as well as c-panel. It’s just not picking it up. Also the text is missing along with the fonts from the theme.

    It is a strange problem because even on the WP backend admin area some of the buttons for pages, posts have the icons missing.. while others are not.

    Once I go to the Appearance area, almost all of the theme selection images are also missing. So it has to be something else that’s causing this.

    About the htaccess… I replaced it with a copy from my server… but it still the same. Really worried and confused!
