I eventually resolved it by clearing the cookies from the browser on my phone. I’m not sure what the settings are on the Sony though.Forum: Fixing WordPress

slowly managed to get the settings back to normal, I updated the functions.php file which allowed me to reset the general settings. I am going to close this and open another ticket to get the root directory working again i.e. be able to access mariofitness.co.uk instead of having to go to mariofitness.co.uk/wp directly

Thanks for responding also. I have got a friend to check and it is codecs so it looks like it is just an issue with my phone. I will try and figure out what is going on and post what I find.With regards to the url, I did change it there and lost access to my site for some reason. I could not even access the admin page. I couldn’t find where this was set in the ftp site to reset it so have hard coded the url into the wp-config.php. This has got back up and running for now I just need to figure where it has gone wrong. I don’t suppose you know where this is stired if it’s not in the wp-config.php?

As for the page being /wp, that’s the next thing I need to fix.
