I didnt have the cyrillic, I had only Latin and Latin extended and I change it to Extended and know its working ๐ I am so happyy

Im having such a hard time, for 2 weeks i’m trying to fix this problem.My website language is Romanian and I need to use special characters like ฤ,ศ,รฎ,ศ,รข.
I installed Google Fonts so I can use others fonts but my special characters are not working. Until I installed a plugin that helps to see the special characters. If Im on my website on my macbook I can see the special characters, but from my iphone its not working (and also not from others devices like ipad)Here its also a screenshot on how it looks
