The problem has been solved. Support help to restor connection with database and website working again.
Now I need my webpage back, I restore from backup
1. I backed up Website A using the Full Backup option.
2. Some time later, I restored Website A using the backup file from above.
3. After a restore from backup an error: Error establishing a database connection
No answer from support 🙁
