If the plugin want to remove the bullet style to maintain consistency with the website theme, I think its best to remove bullet style related code. Especially
list-style: none;, the part responsible for custom bullet styling by removing default bullet, since some theme still gets affected.after checking through
wp-content/uploads/fluent-supportfolder, i can find folders of ticket attachment along with the files. but it cant be accessed by the plugin. I tried messing up with htaccess in fluent-support folder uploads to allow direct access to uploaded files, and still the plugin cant access them even though i can access them directly through its address- This reply was modified 11 months, 2 weeks ago by faishal.

after reviewing live traffic and blocking list and tried invalid login myself, indeed the login attempts are blocked. but i’m still getting login attacks and its giving 200 responses for a while until its blocked at some point. i’ve activated ‘Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these username’ and disabled RPC login and yet the attack is still getting 200 responses until eventually its blocked with ‘blocked by login security setting’. how is this happening?
