In reply to: Finding database files for specific pluginok, Thank you! so you are saying try removing the unwanted categories. deactivate the plugin, delete the plugin and try uploading a new copy? I haven’t tried that.

In reply to: Finding database files for specific pluginI have actually tried removing the unneeded categories and they come right back with the next sync. That is why I felt like the instructions have to be somewhere like a database. Ok, I may look at hiring someone to help me figure this out.

That added more categories to my WP site than it was supposed to and then the upload seems to time out before getting the products into the category.
I have another website I put this plugin on and it works perfectly but the one mentioned about does not.
I have worked through support tickets with the developer and they mentioned that if we could clean up the database connected to that plugin maybe we could start over but when I look in the mySequl Database I don’t see a database for the specific plugin.
I’m not sure I want to start learning to fiddle with databases but feel like I’m running out of options.
I have back-ups of the wp website and all it’s files but the data for the plugin doesn’t seem to be populating from there.

doesn’t happen all the time but it is on more than 1 website that I have updated in the last few days…

It is actually quite cool –
You can build the form in the software or you can take your micorsoft word table – dump it into and excel spread sheet – save it as a CSV (comma delimited) file and then upload to the TablePress.Here is one I just did on a church website:

In reply to: iframe – java script hackAll great information. I have been building website for 10 plus years and never seen anything like this. It is not realistic to rebuild the sites because it has actually hit 20 of my sites.
Some my bakups are old and do not work when I upload them. This site:

I deleted all files on the web, put up an old back up I had (1yr old). the site didn’t work so I replaced all core wordpress files.It is re-infected 2 days later…
There has to be a simpler answer – I am not a code writer. I need a pretty detailed set of instruction to follow. I have not been able to find those instructions.
It is all great and dandy to tell me how to protect my sites but I need to fix the sites and fast…

It does not affect my older html sites just my wordpress sites. Would like to follow your conversation. If you find a fix please post again.
I used nextgen until the latest version of Artiteer 4.1.0 and now I can’t get the new nextgen free or paid to work.
Any input?
