    The developer that I am working with did all of the suggestions. We weren’t able to get it up and running. I did get a Stripe account and that wasn’t hard to get running at all.

    Here’s his email.

    I did everything in the link he sent to no avail.

I disabled all plugs except the events ones and the bluehost one (which I think is needed for staging)

I switched the theme two "twenty twenty"

I disabled and re-enabled both the events plugins and continue to get these errors.

Unexpected PayPal response when creating webhook

Failed to refresh PayPal webhooks.

Here are the answers to the questions he asked in the email
