Thank you for your help. The feed autoupdate interval is set to 1hr 30min.
As for the width and height of the widget, it is already set to 100×100.
Not sure why it’s not working properly. Any other suggestions?….Forum: Fixing WordPress

As I am a novice on WordPress I’m not even sure if it’s the theme update or the WordPress update that caused the problem. Unfortunately I don’t have the purchase key for the theme as it was done by a developer a few years ago and therefore I cannot register with the vendor forum. I guess this leaves me with nowhere to go for help.
