None of both, actually both are in the same hosting and same server configuration.
I have the same problem, i got two website one with:
WordPress version 3.8.3
BackWPup version 3.1.2 Get pro.
An works perfect.
But i have another with:
Parámetros Valor
versión WordPress 3.9
versión BackWPup 3.1.2 Obtener la version pro.
And shows: Comprobación de respuesta HTTP obtiene un falso estado http (403)
