I had my developer test this and it appears that the display issue (problem 1) is due to the loading format. If you load simple pagination for Gallery Group, they display fine. If you choose “Load More” or “Scroll More” then there are display problems. Please advise!
Problem 2 has been solved.
And you said you would get back to me shortly regarding the 3rd problem…
Hey Drew! @arandamusic
Glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this. Appreciate you contributing to this thread.
Hi Katherine,
I had my client reach out to support@printful on Mar 2 after a support chat agent told me that they were not able to help me and could only deal with the person who owned the account. The answer:
“Our team has investigated the issue and from our side, there are no errors with your store and the integration with the WooCommerce platform.
You could try downgrading to a previous version if everything worked before or wait for our update to the newer version.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us again.”
As I mentioned, we have already rolled back to the previous version of WordPress. Please advise!
Thanks!
As an addition, when my developer recreated the issue, they were using incognito Google Chrome.
Update: With many thanks to a fellow developer who reached out to me to let me know he had the same issue and provided a solution…
I never did get the ‘Set Watermark’ functionality to work fully at the Global Settings level. We did discover that the settings would save (despite the never-ending loading) but it continued to re-add whatever new watermark we chose as an overlap to any old watermarks we had implemented.
Our workaround was to make the updates at the individual gallery level. To remove all previous watermarks, we would select all images in a gallery, choose ‘Reset’ from the ‘Bulk Actions’ dropdown and ‘Apply’. This would clear the image completely of all watermarks. To re-add the watermark settings pulled from the global settings area, we would do this same thing but choose ‘Set Watermark’ from the dropdown.
Unfortunately, if you have a lot of galleries, this is a bit time-consuming but the ‘Reset Watermark’ at the global level didn’t work for me so this was the best option.
Hi Nikita,
Sorry for the delay, I had replied to this thread a few weeks ago via email not knowing that it wouldn’t update here.
So we are using the most recent version of the plugin: 1.8.8
I don’t see anything come up in the console when I get the spinning from clicking Reset Watermark but there are these errors when I load the page:

Now I see I have some photos with 4 watermarks…some with 2…some with 1 – all in the same album. Any help here?

Whether I have another plugin/theme generating an additional robots tag or not, since the most restrictive gets used, I still need to remove the one being generated by your plugin. Please explain how I can do this. Thank you.
Thanks,
Kaila
