Hi all,
I am closing this ticket but wanted to tell you what happened and the solution.
There was an extensive exchange of emails, with several tests. After I tested once again for conflicts with themes and plugins and not solving the issue, the developer accessed our configuration for the Paid Member Subscriptions and realized that we had to turn off the Password Strength setting because it conflicted with the setting on Profile Builder.
I just had to go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> Others -> and disable the Password Strength setting. This fixed the issue and now everything is working fine.
I wanted to thank the developer once again for the level of support I received, even been on a free version yet. Congratulations on the quality of the product as well.
Just so the other users know, I received a reply on my email and they asked for a few tests, which will take some time to perform. I will post here again as soon as I have an update.
I thank the developer because they are giving me great support, even for the free version.
I’ve emailed the configuration with my username @hgomes.
Thank you!
I asked our webmaster to allow Romania, hopefully it’s working now.
Thank you!

Our site is only accessible to North America and a few other countries. If you can use a VPN, connecting to the USA or Canada will do. Otherwise, let me know the country you’re in or your IP, and I’ll ask our webmaster to allow it.
Sorry for that.
Hi,
Here’s the screenshot:

In the middle, it’s the Register block.
Since we’re still testing, you can check it live at Sign Up – RMA Memberships
The page’s menu has Strength Indicator pages working for you as well.
Thank you!
Thank you, I will send an email. I used this forum because I thought more people could benefit from this answer.
Anyway, I will copy the solution here, once we find what’s wrong.
Hi all,
So, in the end, it turned out to be a cron problem. Our webmaster detected something wrong and fixed the cron table, now the payments are updated correctly on the plugin. Unfortunately, PayPal has this message: Sandbox environment is experiencing disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on a fix., which means I can’t see any new payment at the sandbox right now, but since the communication with PayPal never failed before I don’t have a reason to assume there is one now.
Good job on the plugin development and I hope we will start using it, if our board approves it.
It makes a lot of sense now because sometimes Facebook posts have no picture, and your reply explains both issues.
Thank you very much.
