Looking through my host admin page, I couldn’t find ‘wp_users’
Looking in the blog folder, and following the link, this was what I found:
Oops! That page can’t be found.

    What are your thoughts?
Would it be possible to migrate the site — and would it make a difference?
    I have a recent backup.

Tried getting a password reset through email. The link provided opened a blank page.

I have health-check on the site.
Just tried to log in on another browser, with my email, and password as well as with my user name and password. It didn’t work> this time the error message was user doesn’t exist. Any thoughts?

I’m afraid I still have some questions: Can you help me resolving this issue?
A scheduled event (inpsyde_phone-home_checkin) has failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.
My problem at present is that I can’t make updates, new pages, or install a cookies banner. These issues were in my initial help request. . .
