Yes, it is very strange.
I tried these steps, but it is not work, and I also tried to reinstall Wordfence, but it is also not work for the issue. I decided to try to contact with Cloudflare, I am sure this issue does not relate with Wordfence. I hope they can solve this problem.

It always “Too many redirects” or with three IPs (104.18.63.219, 104.18.62.219, 172.67.166.208), because of Cloudflare, so strange about it.
I tried so many solutions, but it does not work except deactivate Cloudflare. Or maybe is the reason of .htaccess file (https://prnt.sc/u7nlga)?

I have already added the IP range 69.46.36.0 to 69.46.36.32 in Cloudflare whitelist.
Unfortunately the issue is still in there, in the Diagnostic, for “Connecting back to this site” it shows “wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: Too many redirects”, https://prnt.sc/u5nj35, but sometimes it shows “ok” in a few seconds, https://prnt.sc/u5njsp.Thank you for your help!

Hi, @wfadam thank you for your help and support reply. Yes, i was in contact with my hosting provider, that is not problem of IP range, and i found the really reason, it because Cloudflare, if i deactivated Cloudflare, the Wordfence can run perfectly Scan funtion. And then, i take your suggestion, configure “Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP. But it does not work except i deactivate Cloudflare, so do you have any else suggestions for this issue?
