Thank you for your reply. The reason I started this post initially, is that the region field does automatically populate, and follows my shop based region. It didn’t do that previously, and that is the issue I have now. A lot of my customers don’t double check their address, leading to the issue I previously mentioned.
I have bypassed this on my website by adding a code to functions.php, but this shouldn’t be necessary.
Adding on to your advice to set the default to customer’s shipping address, that is already done, but this, once again, leads back to the issue that the customer’s state (region) can be wrong, since it’s auto populated if I set it so that the default location is set to the shop’s location.
If indeed, the shop region should not be automatically populated as mentioned, then this is not working as intended and hopefully your team can look into this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Allow default customer location to follow shop country ONLYThe issue doesn’t need replicating; it’s a change to woocommerce which made one of the options for the default customer location, pre populate the form with the region / state as well, instead of just the country.
We were using shop country as the default location previously with no issues, now with the change it forces you to put shop / region which pre fills the state form on the checkout page. Some of my customers then don’t bother to change their state when they’re filling out their address, leading to the issues I mentioned above.

Thank you so much for your reply! Noted on both, however I think I wasn’t clear on the first query.Let’s say my free shipping threshold is $100. Currently now, if a customer’s order (before discount) is $120 so they’re eligible for free shipping, but they redeem their points so their discounted total order amount becomes $90 (below free shipping threshold), they are currently not charged shipping.
They end up paying $90 for their order, and gets free shipping as well. By right, they should be paying shipping for their order.Just wanted to know if the plug-in was supposed to do this, or if there’s a workaround for this.

I’m unable to select all, the option isn’t available to me, and if I try to select all by ticking the box above (next to name) it selects only limited products, ie. only 4 out of 1.4k products.
You can see it in this screenshot.Let me know if there’s any other workaround for this!
Thanks!@smarterdigitalltd Yes, I tried connecting again after I got this message and manage to get it connected, so the banner that couldn’t be dismissed went away. There was another update after the version that gave me issues though, so perhaps updating to that and trying again might help?

However since last posting, this still happens for random orders, not all the orders. I have already disabled and enabled plugins to check for conflict, but as it doesn’t always happen, it’s difficult to determine whether there’s a plugin conflict.

There’s no product deduction at the side, and the variation purchased isn’t shown:

Strangely, nothing changed from when it used to work, til now. We didn’t update anything, nor did we touch the site from the time it used to work, until we received our first order with the variable product not deducted.Yes, I’ve followed all the steps. I managed to get this working with no issues before Instagram login stopped working.
I’ve tried with several instagram tester accounts and the results are the same. Clicking / tapping on the Instagram log in button results in a new tab opening with the homepage.
One thing missing from the link provided was the URL for Deauthorize Callback URL and Data Deletion Request URL (which is required to save changes), is this the same as the Valid OAuth Redirect URIs?
I updated the plugin, and followed the steps in the link and created a new app. Tested it with my account in order to screen cast for the app submission, but the same problem persists.
Clicking on Instagram login just opens up a new tab of my homepage, and doesn’t actually prompt a log in. What am I doing wrong?
