Yes you can do this using the existing my-account page provided by the WooCommece plugin. Please check this screenshot https://tppr.me/81EeGFor the different registration page, you can set any page as registration page from here https://tppr.me/KD2n and add the page in your main menu so the resellers can understand that they can register from that page.
