Create an info.php file in public_html or in the main folder of your site, and put this code into the file
<?
phpinfo();
?>
then go to the http://www.yoursite.com/info.php
Search the line data.timezone Or use the key combinați ctrl + f and search.

Hello, you have to ask the your host provider to set your timezone, tell them that the timezone is null and must be set.
