Hi JP,
You are right. The issue actually is caused by the usage of the_content()function for generating a view. It is not the theme doing this but the plugin Content Views Pro, which I am using.
After investigating the code it seems to me that this issue is not limited to your plugin, because I also use jetpack related post and its code is also part of the content, following that of shariff wrapper. Only the navigation buttons are outside.
So, there is no solution to this issue?
