not quite true. my clients are using it and managing their websites for free for under 5 websites. and it is free for good. only if you want some features that are not included in the free plan, you will need to pay.
on the other side, they just activated some paid plans for people under 5 websites so you can manage 3 or even 1 with those paid features or stick with free if you like
