I tried this on fresh website, with nothing but the plugin installed and got the same results. Hopefully with your update this will be corrected. Thank you.
UPDATE: Patch update Version 2.0.3.7, has corrected this problem. Working as intended.

Here is what I found out. The issue stems from a cache issue. For some odd reason WP Fastest Cache plugin wasn’t clearing the css data appropriately. The red bar is no longer visible upon clearing and hard refreshing my browser. Thank you.
