Hi @prashantrai i have checked the general settings they seem to be setup correctly, And there is no forwarder setup in the gmail account.

hi @prashantrai here is the link of screenshot of mail i got. https://imgur.com/a/22uYRYP i got these two mails simultaneously the first one was form and second one was failed delivery notification.
