Hey @florent33,
is the issue solved for you? And if not could you share which form plugin you’re using? That could surely help us debug the issue for you.
Have a great day!
And resolved via email 🙂
Hey @bsmolyanov thanks for the kind words!
Not sure what will be causing this but we will have a look into this and the rest of your questions via email as well!

In reply to: [SendGrid] sendgrid: wp_mail has been declared by another process or pluginHey @team-rs, indeed and that is precisely the problem right now that I’m trying to fix.
I’m pretty sure I’m not the first one who has this error because of the SendGrid plugin, how can your plugin work better together with other plugins to be able to prevent this issue?
I’m looking for a way to check if your plugin is installed, activated and used for sending email so that instead of using wp_mail the emails are then routed through your plugin.
Cheers!

In reply to: [SendGrid] sendgrid: wp_mail has been declared by another process or pluginIs there anything available to assist other plugin builders to find a workaround for the problems caused with wp_mail?
Apparently there is a Mandrill plugin out there that sort of gives the same error, but no real solution as well. Looking to have this fixed in our upcoming release 🙂
Cheers!
HansThanks for putting Postmatic on our radar in the first place 😉
Hey @kjwuan28, Evercookie is part of our advanced tracking. It works way better (and is more persistent) than normal cookies.
It’s explained in more detail here:
The sad part is though that some virus scanners will give a warning about Evercookie, labeling it as malware.
Sorry for that, this is however perfectly safe and you don’t have to worry about it.
Have a great day!
@dannybrown done! If you update to version 1.2 you will find Postmatic support in the power-up section!
Hey Anarchoi,
I see a whole bunch of other errors when opening your site and looking at the console, maybe it has something to do with mixed content on https and http..
The issue from Danny was resolved with our latest update, but I think this might be something different.. we will do some debugging from our end and will keep you in the loop okay?
Cheers!
Thanks a lot for the kind words Danny! Will look into the additional requests there and how we can potentially optimise it!
Have an amazing day!
Hiya @postmatic,
looks pretty simple indeed! Do we need to create some sort of developer account for this? Could you otherwise drop us a line at hello [at] inboundrocket.co, so we can see how we can integrate you guys?
Cheers!
HansOkay without you knowing it, you discoverd a bug 😉 Thanks a lot for reporting, it’s fixed now and will be released in our update later today!
Have a great day!
Hiya Danny,
we can do some more debugging on the style sheet problems with you later via email (a bit safer than handing over account details here). Some good news in the mean time, the option to have the welcome bar only on desktop, only on mobile or running on both is currently in our local development code.
We will do some more testing on it and will release an update of the plugin with this option soon!
Have an amazing day!
Mmm this is strange, thanks for poinint it out Danny, I can see that the CSS and JS files are being loaded, we will try to do some more tests asap and come back to you (and hopefully a fix ^_^).
Cheers!
Hey Danny,
it looks like the button is outside the form as well, although on mobile it’s running the mobile stylesheet (by looking at your screenshot), maybe there is something wrong with the mobile stylesheet, do you still have it active on your site on mobile so we can do some debugging for you?
Could you clarify your remark regarding desktop and mobile display as well? You would like an option where you could say only display the welcome bar on desktop or on mobile?
Cheers!
