In reply to: [Account Engagement] Confirm Plugin Functionality/Usage@cliffseal Thank you for the quick reply! Great, we will look to remove the plugin from our WordPress instance. Just out of curiosity, why do you recommend adding the tracking Javascript in the footer?
All of our Google tags have been specified to be added to the header.php file, so that they accurately fire before other Javascript on pages. Also, Google Tag Manager, which we are implementing soon, is also inserted within the header.
Thanks!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Caching JavaScript and CSS FilesHello Marko,
That resolved our issue. Our nginix.conf file was missing two rules listed on the Performance>Install page.
Thank you for your help and patience with us!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Caching JavaScript and CSS FilesHello Marko,
Still no luck with enabling that setting.
I would like to describe our server configuration and see if that helps troubleshoot. Can you confirm whether or not our server configuration is compatible with the way the plugin sets the nginx.conf rules?
On the server, our WordPress theme and plugins are in a different location than the web root and WordPress core, and things are hooked up in the filesystem with symlinks. When we change the browser cache settings within the plugin, it wants to add rules to nginx.conf. We then have to restart the server for those rules to take affect.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Caching JavaScript and CSS FilesShould we enable the ‘Set W3 Total Cache header’ option for all assets within the plugin settings? As of now, that is not enabled.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Caching JavaScript and CSS FilesWe have all of those settings enabled within the W3 admin. Are you able to look at the backend of our site (https://www.instamed.com) and confirm if JavaScript and CSS files are being cached properly? Are cache control headers being set like they are for image files?

In reply to: [Account Engagement] Frequent Password ResetsOur site ran into a similar issue a few months ago, the user for our Pardot plugin for WordPress randomly failed to be able to log in, stating the password needed to be reset. This was the first time we have noticed an issue. Have you found out any additional information about this?
Our dev team also noticed that there was a massive amount of user data that was being cached by the plugin. This was causing severe issues with our site’s overall load time and performance until the cache was cleared. I am not sure if they are related, but would like to confirm.
