Evan,
I was able to sign in and change the wp commerce folder name and it worked.
do I need to do anything with that plugin like re-download it or re-update ?

Actually, I downloaded FileZilla, should this be sufficient?

do I need to download something ? I am not familiar with accessing FTP unfortunately :/
